This Policy describes what personal data Scripta AI CRM (the “Operator”) processes, for what purposes and on what legal grounds, and what rights data subjects have. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law.

The data operator is the owner of the Scripta AI CRM service (scriptacrm.com). The operator's details and contacts are provided in the “Contacts” section below.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name and message. Automatically: technical data (IP address, device and browser type, cookies, anonymized analytics). We do not collect special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
To contact you about your request, run a demo, advise you, provide trial access and support, and to improve the quality of the site and the service.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on your consent given when you submit the form, and on performance of a service at your request. Consent may be withdrawn at any time (see “Your rights”).
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by our contractors that keep the service running (hosting, email and notification delivery), strictly to the extent needed and under confidentiality terms. Core infrastructure is hosted on the Operator's own servers.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, contact the Operator at the address below.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies for basic operation (remembering your language and theme) and for anonymized traffic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
9. Security
The Operator applies legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including access control and encrypted transport.
