These Terms govern the use of the scriptacrm.com website and related materials. By using the site, you accept these Terms.
1. Subject
The site provides information about the Scripta AI CRM software product, the ability to request a demo and trial access, and materials for downloading the desktop app.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to use the site's materials for unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual property
The Scripta AI CRM name, logo, design, texts and software are protected and belong to the Operator. Use without permission is not allowed.
4. Trial and access
Access to the platform and the trial period is provided on terms agreed with the Operator. The Operator may change the set of features and the conditions of access.
5. Limitation of liability
The site and materials are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site.
6. Changes
The Operator may amend these Terms. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the new version.
